Google Cloud Directory Sync License Agreement

This Google Cloud Directory Sync License Agreement ("License Agreement") is by and between you and Google. If you are entering into this License Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this License Agreement, in which case the terms "you", "your" and/or "Customer" shall refer to such entity. By clicking the "I accept the agreement" button below (or signing below, if applicable) and installing the Google Cloud Directory Sync software (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement which is comprised of:

(i)	that certain Google Workspace Agreement between you and Google (or, if applicable, Google Workspace Reseller Agreement between you and Google or other agreement between you and Google governing your use of Google Workspace); or, if applicable, the Domain Administrator agreement (Managed Google Domain Terms at https://enterprise.google.com/manageddomains/terms/) between you and Google; and
(ii)	the Google Workspace API Terms at https://developers.google.com/admin-sdk/admin-api-terms, or other URL as may be provided by Google, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not wish to be bound by this License Agreement, click "I do not accept the agreement" to exit the installer, as you are not permitted to use or install the Software. This License Agreement and the documents referenced herein is the parties' entire agreement relating to its subject and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements on that subject.
